U. 2024.1571 as amended) Requirements: • Completed a university degree in security studies and/or economics and finance and/or management and quality sciences and/or law studies. • Availability – performing work within the deadlines set in the study program. • the candidate is required to have theoretical and practical knowledge in the following areas: aviation company management, modern aviation safety operations, and innovations in aviation training. • Conducting the theoretical and practical portion of subjects related to the implementation of the student education process – mechanic, ultralight aircraft pilot; Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) pilot, • Knowledge of the MS Office. Completion of specialized courses in the above-mentioned subjects: - a shooting license from the Polish Rifle Association for firearms: pistol, rifle, and smoothbore shotgun, authorizing the holder to conduct classes at a shooting range; - a shooting license for supervising and practicing shooting sports issued by the Polish Sport Shooting Association; - a trainer's certificate authorizing the holder to conduct classes at the gym and on a military obstacle course (conducting a sports interview, developing an individual training program, providing personalized nutritional and supplementation advice, and developing a diet plan, monitoring results and periodically modifying the training and nutritional program, maintaining training statistics, and analyzing student and university employee progress); - a certificate of qualification as a mechanic with aircraft maintenance certification. - UAV instructor qualifications.
