Reference Call : CPIS-PSR-2026-17 Offer publication date : 09/07/2026 The junior researcher will work at the Research and Expertise Centre for Survey Methodology (RECSM), an internationally recognized research centre specializing in survey methodology, data collection, and public opinion research based at Universitat Pompeu Fabra, under the close supervision of Prof. Melanie Revilla. Master’s degree (or equivalent) in any field (preference for social sciences). 2. High level of fluency in written and spoken Spanish and English. 3. Sufficient knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and R. 4. Be meticulous and able to work in an autonomous way. Other skills that will be valued 1. Knowledge and previous experience with data collection and in particular survey data, and even more emerging types of data, such as visual data and voice data. 2. Knowledge of the functioning and structure of RECSM and UPF. Part-time position: The contract will be of 20h per week. Group: 3-m Salary/duration/benefits Gross annual salary for a 20 hours per week contract: 19,697€ Type of contract: Indefinite according to the provisions of article 23 bis of the Llei 14/2011, from the 1st of June, of science, technology, and innovation. The labour contract includes all the benefits of the Spanish Public Health and Social Security System. The selected candidate is expected to start as soon as possible. The position will run for 6 weeks, with the possibility of being extended if additional funding is obtained.
