This document details the main tasks associated with the occupation, as well as the skills, interpersonal abilities and special features that may be required. Description of the research subject The postdoctoral position is part of the Quality of Working Life, health, and well-being initiative at the ATESIA ESAT (a sheltered workshop for people with disabilities) in Saône-et-Loire, within the framework of its transition to an Inclusive Learning Unit model. The recruited postdoctoral researcher will join the scientific consortium, which includes the "Health, Physical Activity, and Health Engineering Professions" chair and Ami Pi Conseil & Formation, to coordinate the implementation of the organizational architecture concept, the 5S methodology, and to maintain Quality of Working Life. In this context, it is necessary to identify the drivers and obstacles within a work organization that create barriers to employment and career advancement for disabled employees of the ESAT, using the concept of organizational architecture. To this end, objective and relevant assessments must be developed and implemented. A complementary objective will be the establishment of a space or platform dedicated to promoting quality of life, well-being, and health in the workplace. The aim is to foster, within the organization, support for long-term behavioral change and the engagement of all professionals, including managers, supervisors, and employees with disabilities. This collaborative approach will rely on interaction between employees, the management team, the ergonomist, and the scientific consortium to identify the specific issues related to the workplace and its organization. Planning research project The specific operation will begin in the second half of 2026 and will last for eight months. The initial time will be used to supplement previously conducted surveys and observations and to propose indicators specific to the health and quality of work life approach related to ATESIA's activities. The second part of the work will focus on developing an information and advisory platform for managers, supervisors, and employees with disabilities. Assigned activities and expected results The selected candidate will be responsible for: - developing specific indicators of quality of work life related to the different employee profiles within the ATESIA sheltered workshop. - proposing the format and coordinating the implementation of a space dedicated to promoting quality of work life, well-being, and health at work. - conducting the Health and QWL survey related to the second phase of ATESIA's transformation. - collaborating with and presenting the study's progress to the partners of the ATESIA transformation project and contributing to meetings and reports.
