U. 2024.1571 as amended). The candidate should have a master's degree in Psychology. Candidates are expected to have specialized knowledge in clinical psychology and health psychology, enabling them to conduct classes covering the psychological determinants of human functioning, mental health, developmental support, and the prevention of psychosocial disorders and difficulties. The candidate is required to have experience in teaching at the higher education level, particularly within social sciences, pedagogy, or psychology degree programs. Additional qualifications, education, or professional experience in fostering psychosocial competencies and skills—specifically regarding interpersonal communication, social skills training, mental health prevention, psychological support, or the development of personal and social competencies—will be considered an asset. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to effectively plan and organize the teaching process that meets current academic standards as well as the needs of the labor market and modern education. Proficiency in foreign languages—enabling the use of specialized literature, the conduct of classes, and academic collaboration in an international environment—will be an additional asset. Furthermore, the candidate is expected to have interpersonal skills like effective communication, teamwork, a sense of organizational responsibility, diligence in fulfilling teaching duties, and a high level of personal conduct and professional ethics consistent with academic standards.
