Job Summary: The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting magnetic measurements (AC magnetic susceptibility and magnetization in static magnetic fields up to 9 T) and magnetotransport studies (in magnetic fields up to 13 T). The candidate’s duties will include analysis of experimental data, preparation of results for publication, active participation in manuscript preparation, and involvement in the preparation of research proposals and applications for funding to national and international agencies. Job Description: The candidate will be employed in the Group of Physics of Semimagnetic Semicon- ductors (ON1.3). The research interests of the Group include a broad range of magnetic materials. The employed candidate will be involved in experimental studies of various classes of materials, including semimagnetic semiconductors, semiconductor multiferroics based on IV–VI crystalline insulators, inorganic magnetic nanomaterials, and carbon-based nanomaterials. Research will be carried out on bulk samples, thin films, and powder samples. The can- didate will perform magnetic measurements using static magnetic fields (up to 9 T) and AC susceptibility methods, as well as magnetotransport studies in magnetic fields up to 13 T. Magnetic and magnetotransport measurements will be carried out in the tempera- ture range from 1.3 K to 325 K. The candidate will be responsible for analysis and interpretation of experimental data, preparation of research results for publication in scientific journals (in English), presen- tation of results at scientific conferences, and active participation in the preparation of grant proposals.
