Monday to Friday, 08:30–15:30 TIMETABLE FOR THE RECRUITMENT OF LABOUR RESEARCH STAFF BY RESEARCH AREAS AND STRATEGIC PRIORITIES ESTIMATED TIMEFRAME FOR COMPLETING THE TASKS 2 months Management of the R&D&I Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001 and ISO 56001 standards. 1 November 2026 31/12/2026 2 months Support for management in the strategic management of the centre, through active participation in the development, implementation, coordination, monitoring and evaluation of the Strategic Plan, ensuring compliance with strategic objectives and promoting continuous improvement initiatives in the planning and management of R&D&I activities, within the framework of competitive calls for research centres, such as the SUG Research Centres programme, the María de Maeztu accreditations and other similar initiatives promoting scientific excellence. 1 November 2026 31/12/2026 2 months Management and updating of the R&D&I project portfolio and support in the preparation, review and management of projects. 1 November 2026 31/12/2026 2 months Coordination of the management of the centre’s performance indicators. 1 November 2026 31/12/2026 2 months Support with the management of the centre’s institutional projects. 1 November 2026 31/12/2026 2 months Justification of the centre’s agreements and grants. 1 November 2026 31/12/2026 2 months Coordination of the centre’s training activities. 1 November 2026 31/12/2026 2 months Supporting the centre’s management in the drafting, updating and monitoring of internal regulations, as well as in the management and coordination of the centre’s committees. 1 November 2026 31/12/2026 2 months Participation in various centre committees. 1 November 2026 31/12/2026 2 months Involvement in the preparation of the school’s annual reports on activities, management and results. 1 November 2026 31/12/2026 2 months The CITIC Research Centre at the University of A Coruña comprises around 300 affiliated members. As part of the network of research centres within the Galician University System, it provides the research community with high-performance computing infrastructure and specialised resources that facilitate the implementation of projects in the fields of artificial intelligence, data science and engineering, high-performance computing, smart services and networks, and cybersecurity. Furthermore, CITIC promotes interdisciplinary collaboration between research groups, companies and institutions, fostering the transfer of knowledge and technology to the business sector. The Regional Government of Galicia, through the Regional Ministry of Education, Science, Universities and Vocational Training, has accredited CITIC as a Centre of Excellence and recognised it as a member of the CIGUS Network for the period 2024–2027. These capabilities and this recognition consolidate CITIC’s position as a leading centre for research and innovation in digital technologies, strengthening the competitiveness of the University of A Coruña and the Galician University System.
