Candidates for the above position should: have completed first- and second-cycle higher education studies in the field of electrical engineering, with particular emphasis on specializations related to power electronics, electric power engineering or renewable energy sources have a first or second degree with honours have documented scientific activity or be the author/co-author of at least one conference presentation; have a predisposition for scientific work in the field of electric power engineering, in particular in the field of modelling RES systems; have knowledge in the field of power systems, electricity quality, optimization methods; have knowledge of methods of modeling and simulation of power and power systems; have a SEP qualification certificate for operation up to 1kV, meet the requirements specified in the Act of 20 July 2018 Law on Higher Education and Science (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2024, item 1571, as amended) and in the Statute of the Rzeszów University of Technology of 27 June 2019 (consolidated text of 20 March 2025), knowledge of Polish language at native; English language proficiency, level good.
