Applicants, in addition to the general conditions for establishing an employment relationship, must also meet the following requirements: completion of a university graduate degree in Geological Engineering. The application for the competition must be accompanied by: a resume, a copy of the diploma, a transcript of records, proof of citizenship, proof of proficiency in the Croatian language for foreign nationals, an electronic record from the Croatian Pension Scheme, and a certificate that no investigative or criminal proceedings have been initiated against the applicant (not older than 6 months). Applicants who, based on special regulations, claim the right to preference in hiring must, in their application, invoke that right and attach all evidence required by the special regulations to establish it. Such candidates are given preference in hiring over other candidates only if they are equally qualified.
