Candidates for the above position should: have completed first- and second-cycle higher education studies in the field of electrical engineering, with particular emphasis on specializations related to power electronics, electric power engineering or renewable energy sources; have documented scientific activity or be the author/co-author of at least one conference presentation; have knowledge of methods of modelling and simulation of power and power systems; demonstrate knowledge of Rapid Control Prototyping (RCP) systems used in the testing of power electronic systems; have experience in the implementation and testing of control algorithms in RCP environments; Have a SEP qualification certificate for operation up to 1kV, especially in the area of street lighting networks; meet the requirements specified in the Act of 20 July 2018 - Law on Higher Education and Science (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2024, item 1571, as amended) and in the Statute of the Rzeszów University of Technology of 27 June 2019 (consolidated text of 20 March 2025), knowledge of Polish language at native; English language proficiency, level good.
