Key responsibilities: Conducting research at the Department of Cancer Genetics in the field of head and neck cancer research. Maintaining documentation of conducted experiments. Preparing grant applications. Presenting research results in the form of reports, scientific papers, and conference proceedings. Periodically presenting obtained results in the form of publications and lectures. Scientific supervision of junior assistants, doctoral students, master's students, and trainees within the scope of their expertise. Systematically updating theoretical and practical knowledge related to the research field. Ensuring the proper preparation, operation, and use of equipment for research tasks. Active participation in scientific conferences and meetings organized by the Institute. Compliance with applicable internal regulations and directives, as well as occupational health and safety and fire protection regulations. Performing other work and tasks assigned by the Head of the Department and the Institute's management.
