RECTOR OF CZESTOCHOWA UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY invites applications for the position of ASSISTANT (F/M) IN THE GROUP OF RESEARCH AND TEACHING STAFF IN THE DEPARTMENT OF CIVIL ENGINEERING at the Faculty of Civil Engineering Applicants must meet the requirements specified in the Act of 20 July 2018 – Law on Higher Education and Science, the Statute of Czestochowa University of Technology, and the specific criteria established by the selection committee of the relevant unit. Eligibility criteria: A declaration of intent to publish scholarly work in the field of engineering and technical sciences in the discipline of Civil Engineering, Surveying and Transport. Availability for full-time employment at Czestochowa University of Technology as the primary place of employment for a period of at least one year. A Master of Science in Engineering (M.Sc. Eng.) degree in Architecture and Urban Planning. Proficiency in architectural design and visualization software, including ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, Rhino, SketchUp, V-Ray, Twinmotion, Lumion, and Procreate. Good command of the English language. Good command of the Polish language - applies to international candidates. Knowledge of the fundamentals of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in architectural design. Design experience is considered an asset, preferably demonstrated by the completion of at least a three-month internship in an architectural practice. Participation in architectural competitions is considered an asset. Key responsibilities: Conducting scientific research and development work. Conducting teaching activities. Performing organisational duties. We offer: Full-time employment under an employment contract. Remuneration in accordance with Annex No. 1 to the Remuneration Regulations for Employees of Czestochowa University of Technology (the regulations are available at: https://pcz.pl/pracownik/sprawy-kadrowe-i-socjalne/dzial-personalny/reg… ). Seniority allowance depending on years of service, i.e., from 3% to 20% of the basic salary. Other remuneration components specified in the Remuneration Regulations for Employees of Czestochowa University of Technology. Additional voluntary group insurance. Subsidies for holidays for employees and their children (the so-called “holiday allowance”). Subsidies for sports and recreational activities as well as cultural and educational activities.
