Project title: “Red and Near-Infrared Boron-Containing TADF Emitters for Advanced Optoelectronic and Bioimaging Applications” Job description Description of tasks: Design, synthesis, characterization, and investigation of the photophysical properties of organic boron-containing compounds exhibiting TADF (thermally activated delayed fluorescence) activity. Collaboration with computational and device-focused researchers to assess material suitability for optoelectronic devices. The work will be conducted in close collaboration with other PhD students, postdoctoral researchers, and other co-investigators from the Institute of Organic Chemistry of the Polish Academy of Sciences (IOC PAS) as well as cooperating Polish and international institutions.
