They are expected to possess knowledge and skills in teaching methodology, didactics, communication, and organizational work. The competition is open to candidates who meet the requirements set forth in the Act of 20 July 2018 – Law on Higher Education and Science and the Statute of the Prof. Edward F. Szczepanik State Vocational University in Suwałki. 1. Requirements A Master's degree in the scientific discipline of Pedagogy. Professional experience in education at various levels of schooling, including educational, upbringing, and care-related activities. Readiness to undertake additional activities aimed at improving the quality of education, cooperating with external stakeholders, and organizing scientific events. Proficiency in Polish and English sufficient to conduct classes with students. Aptitude for teaching and academic work. 2.
