We are offering a PhD or Postdoc position (f/m/d) in computational biology within the Taschner-Mandl Group, focusing on the analysis of single-cell and multi-omics data from patient samples. The project aims to uncover the tumor microenvironment and (epi)genetic drivers of neuroblastoma using cutting-edge computational methods.
