Essential requirements • A university degree in physics; • A Master’s degree or higher; • Willingness to conduct teaching activities in English. Additional requirements • Critical-thinking and effective problem-solving skills; • Ability to work as part of a team and strong communication skills; • Ability to take initiative and act consistently and persistently; • Proficiency in English sufficient to conduct classes. 2. Employment conditions • Employment under a fixed-term contract, on a full-time or part-time basis, with the possibility of extension to an open-ended contract. • Proposed employment start date: 1 October 2026; • Gross salary range: PLN 6,000–6,500; • Opportunities for promotion; • Opportunities for active professional development and for improving and acquiring new qualifications. 3. Expected duties and responsibilities • Conducting classes in Polish and English; • Assessing students’ progress by organising written and oral examinations, as well as midterm tests; • Organising classes and ensuring the quality of the teaching process; • Holding office hours for students; • Performing organisational duties for the benefit of the unit; • Continuing professional development. 4. The date on which the documents are received by the Center for Mathematics and Physics Education will be considered decisive. Applicants may collect the documents they submitted in connection with the recruitment procedure within 30 days of the date on which the competition is concluded. Applicants who meet the formal requirements will be invited to an interview. Information concerning the interview will be sent to applicants by email. The organiser of the competition reserves the right to cancel the recruitment procedure without stating a reason.
