Duration: 6 months Maximum Duration Including Renewals: 12 months Objectives Understand how merchandising is a tool for institutional and science communication by analysing the community's relationship with the Store. Understand and improve the best strategies for organising science communication and institutional communication activities at an engineering school; by studying and adapting the programme and its implementation to the size and scope of each event. Work Plan a) Collaboration in the management of the Técnico Store, namely in stock management, customer service, order picking, implementation of new products and development of strategies for external relations; b) Organisation and management of institutional and community events, from conception to implementation, as well as impact measurement; c) Collaboration in the implementation of Técnico's communication strategies, namely the dissemination of science or institutional communication, with a special focus on events and shop products; d) Collaboration in other projects within the scope of the Communication, Image and Marketing Unit.
