Il ruolo prevede attività di ricerca nel campo dell'imprenditorialità e creazione di imprese, con mansioni come supporto nella preparazione di rapporti, sviluppo di contenuti formativi, organizzazione di eventi e analisi di dati. È richiesta una laurea in un campo pertinente. La borsa ha una durata di 12 mesi, con inizio a settembre 2026, e richiede dedizione esclusiva. A call is open for the allocation of 1 (one) research fellowship for MSc, PhD student or a master enrolled in non academic degree course (BI), within the Research Project entitled CHALLENGEHUB (0364_CHALLENGEHUB_3_P) funded by Interreg POCTEP taking place at the Faculty of Human and Social Sciences of the University of Beira Interior ( https://www.ubi.pt/Entidade/Ciencias_Sociais_e_ Humanas), under the following conditions: Research Field : Entrepreneurship and Firm creation Objectives: Carrying out research activities covered within the scope of the aforementioned project and indicated in point 4. Work plan: - Support in the preparation of reports; - Support in the development of training content within the scope of the project; - Preparation of support materials for the project’s training package; - Support in the development of the project’s communication strategy; - Organisation of dissemination activities and events; - Support in organising the training programme and events; - Support in the processing and analysis of quantitative and qualitative data (SPSS, NVivo, etc.); - Research using databases. Applicable legislation and regulations: Research Fellowship Holder Statute, approved by Law No. 40/2004, of 18 August, in its current wording (amended by Decree-Law No. 123/2019, of 28 August); Regulation for Research Studentships and Fellowships of the Foundation for Science and Technology (Regulation No. 950/2019) published in the Diário da República, 2nd series, No. 241, 16 December 2019; Regulation for Research Fellowships of the University of Beira Interior - RBIUBI (Regulation No. 100/2020) published in the Diário da República, 2nd series, n.º 27 February 2020. Work location : The work will be developed at the Faculty of Human and Social Sciences, Estrada do Sineiro s/n, 6200-209 under the scientific supervision of Doctor Doctor Maria José Aguilar Madeira ( maria.jose.madeira@ubi.pt ), Principal Investigator of the project. Fellowship duration and conditions – The fellowship is opened for 12 months, starting on September 2026. The activity is in regime of exclusive dedication in accordance with the RBIUBI. The fellowship may be renewed, not exceeding the end of the project.
