Research field: Chemistry, Inorganic chemistry, Organometallic chemistry, Organic Chemistry Admission requirements: Master’s degree in chemistry or related fields, with proven experience in synthetic organometallic chemistry. Good knowledge of English both written and spoken. Other requirements: - Motivation for research in the area of chemical synthesis and good working skills; - Laboratory experience in the area of chemical synthesis and/or catalysis; - Good knowledge of English; -To be enrolled in a non-academic degree course, in accordance with Article 6.2 of the current FCT Advanced Training and Qualification of Human Resources Regulations. Work Plan: The successful candidates will work in the field of inorganic and organometallic chemistry, namely in the synthesis and characterization of organometallic compounds and their application in catalysis for the synthesis of organic molecules. Place of work: The work will be carried out in the “Organometallic Chemistry & Catalysis” group of ITQB NOVA of the António Xavier Institute of Chemical and Biological Technology of the New University of Lisbon, under the scientific supervision of Beatriz Royo Duration of the grant: The grant will last for 6 months and is expected to start in August 2026, on an exclusive basis, in accordance with the Research Grant Regulations of the Foundation for Science and Technology, I.P. Payment will be made monthly by bank transfer. Selection methods: The selection will be made by curriculum evaluation and laboratory experience in the desired areas.
