Applications are open for one (1) Research Studentship(s), within the framework of project/R&D institution AI-Pack-Bot: Artificial Intelligence for collaborative Robotic packing of open-category heterogeneous objects /Instituto de Sistemas e Robótica, (14935 – LISBOA2030-FEDER-00854700), financed by national funds through FCT/MCTES (PIDDAC) and co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (FEDER) through COMPETE – “Programa Operacional Fatores de Competitividade, under the Partnership Agreement LISBOA2030 Workplan: The main objective is to develop the motor control algorithms for the Vizzy robotic platform, implementing the migration of all YARP-based software modules to versions higher than YARP3.0, and creating interfaces for control from ROS2. Duration: The research fellowship will have the duration of three months. It’s expected to begin in august of 2026, and will not be renewed.
